Are you not completely satisfied with your order? We're sorry to hear that, but unfortunately it can happen. You can register a return within 14 days of receiving it. After that, you have another 14 days to return the order. The refund will be transferred back to your account within 14 days.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. For shipments from the Netherlands, these costs are €6,95.
The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped and must therefore not have been used or worn. If this is found not to be the case, the return may be rejected.
Return Conditions
- The return must be registered with us within 14 days of receiving the order.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Orders that fall outside the return period will not be accepted for return.
- Items must be unused and unworn. If items have been used or worn, the purchase amount will not be refunded.
- No washing guarantee is provided. We do not recommend washing the blazers in the washing machine. Please have them dry cleaned instead.
We cannot guarantee that returned products will reach us. Products that are not received by us remain the responsibility of the customer. Lost products cannot be replaced or refunded.
14-Day Warranty
The warranty on purchased products expires 14 days after receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot repair products or issue refunds once the 14-day period has passed.
Please note that the warranty will be void if damage results from improper use by the customer, as well as damage caused by perfume, bleach, or exposure to heat and water. Tarnishing and discoloration resulting from contact with chemicals are not considered valid grounds for a warranty claim.
